Overview
The mission of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) is to carry out the goals, objectives, and programs as provided for in the WICHE multi-state regional compact, NRS 397. The compact is responsible for providing higher educational opportunities and sharing resources to enhance the workflow development in the member states. Through this compact and the Nevada System of Higher Education, Nevada WICHE is able to provide educational and financial assistance to Nevada citizens and to return to the state highly trained, qualified professionals in areas of established need.
