EDUCAUSE West/Southwest Regional
February 22-24, 2011 – As higher education continues to struggle with doing more with less, this year's EDUCAUSE West/Southwest Regional conference, "Leading IT into the Future in Transformative Times", brought to light new ways of leading and managing the enterprise and involving students in the teaching and learning process.
EDUCAUSE attendees explored how to be more effective, efficient, and innovative in engaging students and measuring their success; how to break down campus silos and collaborate in this new environment; and how to prepare future CIOs and IT leaders for the role they will play in these ever-changing times.
With this theme in mind, Nevada System of Higher Education and iNtegrate Project staff, Virginia Holladay-Houston, Annie McDonald, Sharon Wurm and Stephen A. Zideck gave a in-depth presentation to conference attendees: "Who Am I? Challenges with Developing a System-Wide ID".
