The Board of Regents met at 9 o'clock, December 31, 1926, in
the Office of President Clark.  There were present Chairman
Pratt, Mrs. Hood and Mrs. Williams of the Regents, President
Clark and Comptroller Gorman.

List No. 1, Regents Checks Nos. 7000 to 7009 for the net sum
of $23,339.87 and List No. 1, State Claims Nos. 1 to 10, for
the net sum of $6,786.44 were, on motion of Mrs. Hood, approved
by the following vote:

    Mrs. Williams        Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye
    Mrs. Hood            Aye

Mrs. Williams moved the approval of the lists of Claims and
payrolls submitted at the December 22d meeting.  Vote:

    Mrs. Williams        Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye
    Mrs. Hood            Aye
