The Board of Regents met in the Office of President Clark at
11:30 A.M. on the above date.  All the members, President Clark
and Comptroller Gorman were present.

The minutes of the meetings of November 1st, 21st and 30th and
of December 14th were approved by the following vote, Mr. Pratt
making the motion:

    Mrs. Hood            Aye
    Judge Talbot         Aye
    Mr. North            Aye
    Judge Curler         Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye

On motion of Regent North, List No. 16, covering Regents' Checks
Nos. 1107-1114 for the net sum of $10,679.71, and List No. 17,
State Claims, Nos. 150 to 156 for the net sum of $4,352.15,
were approved by the following vote:

    Mr. North            Aye
    Judge Curler         Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye
