The Regents met in the Office of President Clark at 10 o'clock
on the above date.  Present:  Regents Pratt, Talbot and Mrs.
Williams.  Absent:  Regents Williams and Mrs. Hood.

The minutes of the meeting of December 3rd were approved by the
following vote, Mr. Pratt making the motion:

    Mrs. Williams        Aye
    Judge Talbot         Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye

List No. 12, State Claims Nos. 127 to 129 inclusive for the net
sum of $14,122.27, and List No. 12, Regents Checks Nos. 3101 to
3110 for the net sum of $27,884.73, were approved by the follow-
ing vote, Mr. Pratt making the motion:

    Mrs. Williams        Aye
    Judge Talbot         Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye

President Clark recommended that the University enter into an
arrangement with Boyd Moore for 100 copies of the Special Edition
of the Nevada News Letter, enclosed in mailing envelopes and
containing a half-page advertisement of the University of Nevada,
and that for these copies we should pay to Mr. Moore $75.  Judge
Talbot moved the adoption of the President's recommendation.

    Mr. Pratt            Aye

No further business appearing, the Board adjourned to meet again
at 10 o'clock on Monday, December 31st, to transact the regular
month-end business.
