The Regents Committee met in the Office of President Clark at
10 o'clock on Friday, December 21, 1928, and signed the follow-
ing claims and payrolls, which were approved by motion of Judge
Talbot:

List No. 13, Regents Checks, Nos. 8163 to 8179 inclusive for
the net sum of $48,818.84 and List No. 25, State Claims, Nos.
240 to 245 inclusive for the net sum of $9,220.31.  Vote:

    Judge Brown          Aye
    Judge Talbot         Aye
    Mr. Wingfield        Aye

Adjourned with understanding that the supplemental December
payroll should be signed by those members who were in Reno on
December 31, and if necessary should then be sent either to
Judge Talbot in San Francisco, or to Chairman Pratt in Stockton
in the event Judge Talbot should advise us that he would not
be in San Francisco that day.
