Meeting of Regents was held in their Office Friday evening,
December 20, 1912, at 8 o'clock P.M.  Present:  Regents Codd,
O'Brien, Williams, Reid and Vice President Lewers, also by
invitation Walter E. Pratt, the newly elected Regent.  Absent:
Regent Henderson.

The Biennial Report of the President, faculty and Regents for
the years 1911-12 and the budget for the years 1913-14 were
submitted and discussed.

Upon motion of Regent Reid, seconded by Regent Williams, it was
ordered that the eel worm investigation be discontinued, and
the Acting President was authorized to notify Mr. Charles L.
Brown of this fact on or before January 1, 1913.

No further business appearing, the Board adjourned.
