The Regents met at 10 o'clock on the above date in the Office of
the President of the University. All members of the Board and
President Clark were present.
Some discussion was had regarding chairs for auditorium in Educa-
tion building and storage tank for fuel oil for Heating Plant.
Also the matter of tying up the right-of-way proposition for a
University spur from the Western Pacific over the Evans land
with the possible purchase of Evans property to the north of
the University Campus was considered.
The Regents and President then went to the Education building for
a final inspection of the building so far as the general and
heating contracts were concerned. On their return, Mr. North
made the following motion:
I move the acceptance of the Education building, with the
agreement with Mr. Wara that he furnish and place the neces-
sary floor and ceiling plates around the pipes and also with
the agreement with Mr. Fowler that he replace the one broken
window, point up one corner in one of the rooms and repair
the opening above the stage.

Adjourned with the understanding that another meeting would be
held at the end of the month, when payrolls and claims would be
approved and signed.
