Adjourned meeting of the Board of Regents met Saturday, November

12, 1904, meeting pursuant to adjournment. Present: Regents

Booher and Bray. Regent Booher acted as Chairman and Regent Bray

as Secretary.



Minutes of the 8th inst. read.



Report of President as to various matters of University policy

read and considered.



Report on fire in Mechanical building on October 29 considered.

Insurance companies paid damages of $81.00 which will put build-

ing in good condition again. Fire entirely accidental.



President Stubbs made his report to the Board of Control of the

Experiment Station. In this he alluded to the visit of Mr.

Beale of the Government at Washington.



The President audited work of the Farmers Institutes for the

coming year. Report is filed for reference.
