The Board of Regents met at 8 o'clock A.M., Monday, November 5,

1900.  Present Regents W. E. F. Deal and J. N. Evans.  Absent

H. S. Starrett.



The following resolution was offered and adopted:



RESOLVED, that President J. E. Stubbs of the College of Agri-

culture and Mechanic Arts, and Samuel B. Doten of the Agricul-

tural Experiment Station, be and are hereby appointed as dele-

gates to the fourteenth Annual Convention of the Association of

American Agricultural Colleges and Experiment Stations to be

held at Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, November 13-16,

1900, and they are instructed to attend same.



No further business, the Board adjourned.
