On motion, the following order was passed:
All orders for supplies and books for the University or
Experiment Station Libraries will hereafter be made only on
a requisition approved by a member of the Board of Regents.
On motion, it was ordered that annual reports of the University
be made on January first of each year.
Resignation of Le Roy D. Brown as President of the University
and Director of the Experiment Station was received and accepted
to take effect this day, his salary being allowed until December
31, 1889.
No further business appearing the Board adjourned.
