EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
November 1, 1938
The Executive Committee of the Board of Regents met at 1:30 P.M.,
Tuesday, November 1, 1938 at the University, all members being
present. After conferring with Coaches Dashiell, Scranton and
Keller, with Mr. Mc Manus, and with Frank Gallaway, President of
the Block N Society, the Committee unanimously approved by the
following Resolution by Judge Brown:
WHEREAS, the general condition of the Football Squad is such
that it appears advisable that the remaining football sched-
ule of the season be terminated.
RESOLVED, that the Acting President be instructed to inform
the Head Coach and the squad that none of the games now
scheduled should be played and that proper notice of the
cancellation of this schedule immediately be given Managers
of the opposing teams.
