Board Regents met for consideration of insurance on University

building.  Full Board present.



On motion it was ordered that the Bank of Nevada be requested to

write a policy for the amount of $10,000.00 at 2% for three

years duration.



The Clerk was instructed to conduct the necessary business.



On motion adjourned.
