The Board of Regents met pursuant to adjournment.



It being reported that Mr. Lockhart was still absent from the

city, on motion the Secretary was instructed to say to the

State Register, in reply to his question concerning excess of

legal subdivisions, that no answer can be given until the con-

ference with Mr. Lockhart and to instruct him to file immed-

iately as per lists transmitted September 15.



Adjourned to meet at the call of the President.
