The Executive Committee of the Board of Regents met at 9 o'clock
in the President's Office.  There were present Chairman Pratt,
Mrs. Hood, Judge Talbot and President Clark.

On motion of Mrs. Hood, List No. 9 of Regents Checks, Nos. 6092
to 6105 inclusive, for the net sum of $55,340.40 and List No.
22, State Claims, Nos. 239 to 253, inclusive, for the net sum
of $32,475.64 were approved by the following vote:

    Judge Talbot         Aye
    Mr. Pratt            Aye
    Mrs. Hood            Aye
