Regents meeting held September 14, 1914 at 4 P.M.  Present:
Chairman Reid, Pratt, Henderson and O'Brien and Codd.  Presi-
dent Hendrick.  C. H. Gorman acting as Secretary.

Meeting was called to talk over the matter of a house for the
President.

It was moved by Mr. Henderson, seconded by Mr. Codd, that the
President and Chairman of the Finance Committee make an estimate
on the necessary repairs on the Stubbs residence, and that the
Finance Committee be authorized to take the necessary steps as
in their judgment seemed advisable.  Carried.

It was moved by Mr. Henderson, seconded by Mr. Codd, that the
President be authorized to select a suitable man to act as
Secretary to the President and Registrar.  Carried.

President Hendrick recommended that duties of the Deans be clear-
ly defined.

No further business appearing, the meeting adjourned.
