On call of Chairman the Board of Regents met for consideration
additional teachers and other matters. Full Board present and
also President L. D. Brown.
President Brown subitted the name of O. T. Corson for the Chair
of Natural Sciences.
On motion he was authorized to telegraph and offer the place at
a salary of $2000 per annum.
On suggestion of President Brown it was ordered that a shed for
wood, and barn for the shelter of horses be erected for the con-
venience of scholars from a distance.
Upon motion of Regent Dormer it was ordered that Miss Clapp's
salary be fixed at $1800 per annum. Regents Stevenson and Dormer
voting "aye" and Regent Dovey voting "no".
No further business appearing the Board adjourned.
