At a called meeting of the Board of Regents, August 21, 1899,

W. E. F. Deal and J. N. Evans being present, President J. E.

Stubbs was appointed a delegate to attend the National Irrigation

Convention to be held at Missoula, Montana on September 25 to 27,

to be absent about 10 days, and the Secretary is instructed to

inform Regent Starrett of the proceedings of the meeting and ask

for his confirmation.



A letter received from Regent Starrett, dated August 27, 1899,

confirms the above action.



No further business appearing, the Board adjourned.
