EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
August 20, 1951
The Executive Committee of the Board of Regents met in the Pres-
ident's office at 4 P.M. on Monday, August 20, 1951, for the
purpose of opening bids. Present were Chairman Ross, Regent
Lombardi, President Love, Comptroller Hayden, Superintendent
Horn, and representatives of the bidding oil companies. Bids
had been received as per notice in local papers.
Mr. Ross opened the bids.

These bids were referred to the Comptroller for tabulation and
for purchase at the lowest price for quality.
The fuel oil bid was let to Shell Oil Company for Pacific Indus-
trial PS 400, and to Madsen and Norris for automatic burner oil.
