The Board met at the call of its President.  Present:  Alfred

Helm and W. C. Dovey.



On motion, Mrs. M. A. Rood was appointed Matron and given charge

of the Dormitory at Elko, subject to the will and pleasure of

the Board.



On motion, Mrs. M. A. Rood, Matron, was authorized to expend the

sum of $400 in furnishing the lower story of the Dormitory at

Elko and to expend the sum of $250 in furnishing the upper story

of the same building.



On motion, the following bills were allowed:
