At a special meeting of the Board of Regents held this day the

following members were present:  Governor Colcord, J. D.

Torreyson, H. L. Fish.  Absent:  E. T. George and J. W. Haines.



All business commencing before the Board was laid over for

further consideration.



The annual catalogue was received from the State Printer and

accepted and the President of the University instructed to

distribute same.



No further business appearing, the Board adjourned.
