The Board of Regents met pursuant to the call of the President,

at the Office of the Secretary of State.  Present:  H. G.

Blasdel, C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.



A communication from the State Register under date July 6 was

read, ordered on file (see file "Bb)", and selection ordered

under 500,000 Acre Grant of lands described as follows, viz:



    On application of Harrison Berry, S.E. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4

    of Section 30, J12 N. R.20 E., 40 acres.



    On application of Jes Hurley, W. 1/2 and S.E. 1/4 of the N.W.

    1/4 and the N.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 23, J13 N. R.

    18 E., 160 acres.



    On application of A. L. Greley, S.E. 1/4 and the E. 1/2 of

    the S.W. 1/4 of Section 17 and the E. 1/2 of the N.W. 1/4

    of Section 20, J14 N. R.19 E., 320 acres.



    On application of J. L. Greley, the N.E. 1/4 and the N. 1/2

    of the S.E. 1/4 and the N.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section

    20, J14 N. R.19 E., 280 acres, total 800 acres.
