The Board of Regents met in special meeting at the Office of
the Washoe County Bank at 6:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 22, 1904, a
full Board being present.
The following resolution was offered by Regent Bray, duly second-
ed and carried:
The Board of Regents have heard with pleasure and regret
that Professor Gordon H. True has been offered a position
in the Arizona Experiment Station at a somewhat increased
salary -- pleasure that his abilities are thus recognized,
regret that the finances of the University are not in a
condition to warrant the Regents in offering any advance
in his salary.
No further business, the Board adjourned.
