                          June 18, 1866



The Board of Regents met at the aforesaid place and time pursuant

to the call of the Chairman thereof.  Present:  H. G. Blasdel,

Chairman, Chauncey N. Noteware and A. F. White, Secretary.



Upon motion, the salary of R. H. Stretch, State Mineralogist,

was fixed at $200 per month.  Also the bill of said Stretch for

traveling expenses, dated June 16, 1866, was presented and order-

ed paid.



The Board then adjourned to meet at the call of the Chairman of

said Board.
