Chairman made special call for meeting of Board of Regents.  Full

Board in attendance.



On motion it was ordered that the land (for which the Board of

Regents held a bond for a deed from J. N. Evans, for ten acres

of land for the University), be purchased, and that a deed be

drawn and properly executed by said J. N. Evans in accordance

with said bond for deed.
