The Board of Regents met at their Office at 9:30 o'clock A.M.,
Wednesday, May 29, 1901. All members of the Board being present,
also the Governor Hon. Reinhold Sadler and President Stubbs.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
President Stubbs submitted the recommendations of the President
and faculty, the names of candidates for graduation from the
various Schools as follows.
Upon motion of Regent Deal, seconded by Regent Booher, degrees
and diplomas were conferred upon the following candidates from
the several Schools:

Gentlemen:
I have the honor to transmit herewith the recommendations
of the President and faculty in the matter of candidates

A communication from W. T. Smith Company, Edgar Reinhart and John
Henderson of Elko, Nevada, representing Pacific Board Fire Insur-
ance Companies, requesting a portion of the insurance on Univer-
sity property was received and read.
Upon motion, the Secretary of the Board was instructed to give
the Elko agents all policies expiring in August, 1901, to be
divided among said agents equally.
