The Board of Regents met at the Office of the Governor at the

call of the President.  Present:  H. G. Blasdel, President,

C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher, Secretary.



A communication from the Attorney General containing replies to

questions submitted at the last meeting was received, accepted

and ordered placed in the file (see file, document marked "C"),

and the Board adjourned to meet at 1 P.M. tomorrow.
