EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
May 19, 1953
The meeting was called for 4 P.M., Tuesday, May 19, 1953, for the
purpose of opening bids to cover completion of remodeling Lincoln
Hall. Present: Mr. Ross, Mr. Hayden, Mr. Horn; Mr. Williams
representing the architect; and representatives of the bidding
firms. The bid notice had duly appeared in the local papers
stating that forms and specifications were on file in the office
of the architect, Mr. Russell Mills.
Mr. Ross opened the bids as follows:
