The Board of Regents met this day.  Present:  Treasurer Coffin

and H. L. Fish.



Claims of Burke Bros. were approved as follows and the building

delivered to the Board.  Balance due on contract, new building,

Thirty-Five Hundred Dollars $3,500.00; additional work and extra

materials to new building $750.00; total $4,250.00.



No further business appearing the Board adjourned.
