April 21, 1980
An emergency meeting of the Board of Regents was held at 6:10
P.M., Monday, April 21, 1980, at the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas, to consider an investment recommendation from Valley Bank.
Present were Regents Buchanan, Fong, Karamanos, Mc Bride, and
Whitley, and Mr. Monte Miller, Vice President and Trust Invest-
ment Officer, Valley Bank of Nevada.
Mr. Miller presented his overall evaluation of present market
conditions and recommended the following holdings be sold:

Mr. Mc Bride moved approval of the recommendation. Motion
seconded by Mrs. Whitley, carried without dissent.
The meeting adjourned at 6:20 P.M. No other business was
discussed.
