The Board of Regents met at 7:30 P.M., April 19, 1911, at their
Office.  Present:  Regents O'Brien, Codd and Reid.  Absent:
Regents Williams and Henderson.

A general discussion was held, relating to matters for the best
interests of the University, after which the Board adjourned to
meet at 10 o'clock Friday, April 21, 1911.
