Chairman Sparks called the Special Meeting of the Board of
Regents to order at 3:05 P.M. in the System Administration
Conference Room, Reno. Mrs. Sparks stated the purpose of the
meeting was for a closed session.
1. Closed Session
Upon motion by Dr. Eardley, seconded by Mr. Graves, the
Board moved to a closed session for the discussion of the
character, alleged misconduct, professional competence or
physical or mental health of an employee(s) of UCCSN, a
public official(s), and/or private person(s) in accordance
with NRS 241.030.
2. New Business
The Chairman asked whether there was anyone who wished to
speak from the public section. There was no one.
The meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
