EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
April 7, 1952
The Executive Committee of the Board of Regents of the University
of Nevada met in the President's office at 4 P.M. for the purpose
of opening bids for renovation of Lincoln Hall. Request for bids
and notice of bid openings had been duly published in the local
papers.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and the bids were
opened in the presence of Mr. Ross and Mr. Hardy, members of the
Executive Committee, together with Comptroller Hayden, Architect
Mills, and the Secretary of the Board. Also present were Mr.
Horn and representatives of bidding firms as follows:

Bids were opened and found to be as follows:
