The Board of Regents met at their Office in Morrill Hall at 10
o'clock A.M., Tuesday, April 2nd, 1907. Present: Regents Oscar
J. Smith, J. E. Souchereau and John Sunderland, Jr. Absent:
Regents C. B. Henderson and C. R. Lewers.
Minutes of January 7th, March 1st and 4th read and approved.
The committee on accrediting of schools recommends to the Regents
the appointment of Mr. John E. Bray to visit the schools of the
State and make reports upon what they are doing, what they pro-
pose to do, in what subjects we should credit them, and general-
ly to represent the interests of the University in the schools
and to talk with the young men and young women who are proposing
to enter some College next Fall.
Upon the recommendation of President Stubbs, Mr. John E. Bray
was employed for the months of April and May at a salary of $150
per month and expenses.
