The Board of Regents met at their Office at 7:30 P.M. Thursday
evening, March 7, 1912. Present: Regents Reid, O'Brien and
Codd, also President Stubbs. Absent: Regents Williams and
Henderson.
Claims were allowed against the several funds as follows:
University General Fund

Upon motion of Dr. Reid, seconded by Mr. O'Brien, the report of
the Comptroller of the University on the transfer of the funds
to Reno Banks to the credit of the Regents was approved and
ordered placed in the minutes.

Gentlemen:
In accordance with your resolutions of March 6th, I have
this day withdrawn the following funds of the University of
Nevada and have redeposited them as per statement below; the
new deposit being to the credit of the Board of Regents of
the University of Nevada, checks to be signed by the Chair-
man or Vice Chairman and the Comptroller, two signatures
being necessary for the withdrawal of funds.
I have written letters of instruction to the Banks of Reno
in which the funds are deposited as per copy of letter at-
tached to this statement.
The figures in the special Auditor's report to your Honorable
Body will be reconciled with the amounts shown below and
these statements submitted as soon as possible.

I have not put the Dining Hall account in the General Fund
for the present, and will await further instruction from you
in regard to this matter.
Evidences of the above transfers accompany this report which
is hereby submitted for your approval.

Motion of Dr. Reid, seconded by Mr. O'Brien, the Chairman ap-
pointed a Committee to act with President Stubbs regarding the
Summer School to be held at the University this Summer. The
Chairman appointed the 3 members of the Board who were present -
Messrs. Reid, O'Brien and Codd - as this Committee to act with
President Stubbs.
