Regents met at their Office in Morrill Hall Thursday evening at
eight o'clock, February 16, 1911.  Present:  Regents Codd, Reid,
O'Brien and Williams, also President Stubbs.  Absent:  Regent
Henderson.

Upon motion of Regent Reid, seconded by Regent O'Brien, the
action of the Board of Regents at a meeting held January 2, 1911
with reference to the Nevada Historical Society be and is hereby
rescinded.  Those voting to rescind were Regents Reid, O'Brien
and Codd.  Noes, Regent Williams.
