EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
February 15, 1956
The Executive Committee of the Board of Regents held a luncheon
meeting at the Riverside Hotel on Wednesday, February 15, 1956.
Present: Regents Hardy, Thompson and Ross; Comptroller Hayden
and President Stout. University Engineer was present because
the matter under consideration dealt with his area of work.
Assembly Bill 32, amending the 1937 Planning Board Act, has been
introduced in the special session of the Legislature. The Bill
and its probable effect on the University's building program,
both now and in the future, were considered.
Motion by Mr. Thompson carried unanimously that the Regents as a
Board, take no action regarding the Bill.
