The meeting was called to order at 10:20 A.M. February 8.

Present:  Regents Curler, Baker, Sullivan, O'Brien, Abel, Vice
President Lewers and Dr. S. P. Capen.

After some discussion of Dr. Capen's report, Regents Sullivan
and O'Brien withdrew.  The remaining members of the Board con-
tinued the discussion with Dr. Capen.

The Board adjourned to meet at 2:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order at 2 P.M. February 8.

Present:  Regents Curler, Baker and Abel, Vice President Lewers
and Dr. S. P. Capen.  Absent:  Regents Sullivan and O'Brien.

The Board continued the discussion of Dr. Capen's report.

The meeting adjourned until February 9 at 7:30 P.M.
