The meeting was called to order at 10:30 A.M. February 7, 1917.
Present: Regents Sullivan, Curler and Abel and Vice President
Lewers. Absent: O'Brien and Baker.
The Board discussed with Dr. S. P. Capen of the Bureau of Educa-
tion his report of the survey of the University. The survey had
been requested by the former Board of Regents. Dean Watson was
called and joined the discussion.
The Board adjourned to meet at 10 A.M., February 8, 1917.
