In conformity with the call of the Chairman, Pro Tem, the Board

met in the Office of the State Land Register.  Present:  Regents

Getchell, Shaw and the Clerk, M. D. Noteware.  Regent Getchell

in the Chair.



Upon motion of Regent Shaw, the following communication was

ordered spread upon the minutes, to wit:  "At a meeting of the

Board of Examiners held Feby. 3, 1887, the bills of J. F.

Mc Cammon and Burke Brothers for $150.00 were referred back

to the Regents for information."

The Chairman appointed Regent Shaw a committee of one to proceed

to Reno and obtain information concerning said claims of Messrs.

J. F. Mc Cammon and Burke Brothers.



Nothing further coming before the Board, adjourned subject to the

call of the Chairman Pro Tem.
