The Board of Regents met at their Office in Morrill Hall on
Saturday, February 3, 1906, a full Board and the President of
the University being present.
Minutes of December 16, 1905 and January 6, 1906 approved as
read.
President Stubbs read his monthly report, touching on all matters
connected with the University, and a financial report of the
condition of the Dining Hall Association to January 31, 1906.
The President also reported that Chancellor E. Benjamin Andrews
of the University of Nebraska had accepted the invitation of
this University to deliver four lectures on the Cutts Foundation
on April 16, 17, 18 and 19, 1906.
Balance sheets showing the conditions of funds on hand January
31, 1906 were read.
