The Board of Regents met at their Office at 9:00 A.M. this day.

Present:  H. L. Fish, J. W. Haines and C. E. Mack. Absent:

Governor Colcord and J. D. Torreyson.



The Board organized by electing H. L. Fish President of the Board

for the ensuing year and Geo H. Taylor Secretary until further

ordered.



Bill of Nevada State Journal for daily paper was referred to Mr.

Fish, requesting him to see if same amount be donated to the

Library.



Claims were presented and allowed as follows:



         From Ag & Mech College Fund    2,527.99

         From Contingent Univ. Fund       335.11

         From Mining Laboratory Fund       53.00

                           Total       $2,960.55



See journal entries for above amounts.



No further business appearing, the Board adjourned to meet at

the call of the Chairman.
