A specially called meeting of the full Board of Regents met in
the Office of President Clark on Tuesday morning, January 25,
1927.  There were present Chairman Pratt, Mrs. Williams and
Judge Brown of the Regents, President Clark and Comptroller
Gorman and representatives of 6 bidders on the University Farm
Barn.  The meeting was called for the purpose of opening and
considering bids for the repair of the University Farm Barn.

The following bids were opened by Mr. Pratt for the amounts
specified:

The contractors withdrew after the bids had been opened and read.

Judge Brown moved the acceptance of the bid of Wine and Williams
for $4312, with the understanding that the job be done in accord
with the plans and specifications and that the proper bonds be
furnished and that the Chairman and the Secretary of the Board
be authorized to sign the contract.  Vote:

    Mrs. Williams        Aye
    Judge Brown          Aye

The Secretary was instructed to return the certified checks of
all bidders save the 3 lowest, these to be returned after the
contract has been duly signed.
