                    Monday January 17th, 1887



Pursuant to adjournment, the Board of Regents met in the Office

of the Secretary of State, Carson City, this day Monday, January

17th, 1887.  Present:  Regents J. H. Rand, H. G. Shaw and L. W.

Getchell.



Regent J. H. Rand, President of the Board, occupied the Chair

and Regent H. G. Shaw acted as Secretary Pro Tem.



The Board proceeded to examine the various accounts and vouchers

preparatory to making their financial report.  Regent Rand was

appointed a committee of one to prepare and submit the same.



After discussing the various matters to be embodied in the

Biennial Report, the Board adjourned to meet at Carson City,

tomorrow, Tuesday, January 18, at 10 A.M.
