The Board of Regents met at the call of the President.  Present:

H. G. Blasdel, C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.



The following form was, on motion, adopted as a Form of Patent

to be used by the State Register in preparing patents for

sixteenth and thirty-sixth sections.

    To All To Whom These Patents Shall Come:



    Greeting:



    WHEREAS, _________________ of ______________ County, Nevada,

    has deposited with the Register of the State Land Office

    at Carson City, the State Treasurer's receipt, whereby it

    appears that full payment has been made by the said _______

    _____________ according to the provisions of the Act of the

    Legislature approved April 2, 1867, entitled, "An Act to

    Provide for the Selection and Sale of Lands Granted by the

    United States to the State of Nevada", for the ____________

    Mount Diablo base and meridian, containing __________ acres,

    according to the official plot survey of the Public Lands as

    made by the United State Surveyor General for the District

    of Nevada; which said tract has been purchased by the said

    ________________.



    Therefore, know ye that the State of Nevada, in considera-

    tion of the premises and in conformity with the Act of the

    Legislature in such case made and provided, has given and

    granted unto the said ____________________ heirs, the said

    tract above described.  To have and to hold the same, to-

    gether with all rights, privileges, immunities and appur-

    tenances of whatsoever nature there unto belonging unto the

    said _______________ and to _____________ heirs and assigns

    forever.



        In testimony whereof, I, Henry G. Blasdel, Governor

        of the State of Nevada, have caused these letters

        to be made Patent, and the Great Seal of the State

        to be hereunto affixed.  Given under my hand at
