NSHE Risk Management
Mission
The Risk Management Office of the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) has
two primary missions:
1) To protect the health and welfare of its students, employees and the public
from injury or damage incidental to the operations of the NSHE.
2) To protect and preserve the NSHE’s assets.
To fulfill these missions, Risk Management will consider the NSHE’s
exposure to loss arising out of legal liability, natural hazards, damage to the
environment, non-compliance with regulation, and business risks.
