The Board of Regents convened at 1 o'clock P.M.  All the members

being present.



The minutes of the meeting of April 30th were read and approved.



Regent Day presented the following resolution which was adopted:



    RESOLVED, that all orders involving the expenditure of money

    appropriated for University purposes shall be in writing,

    signed by at least two members of the Board and filed with

    the Secretary; provided this resolution shall not affect

    salaries fixed by law or the order of this Board.



On motion, the Board adjourned to meet at the call of the Presi-

dent.
