The Board met at the call of its President.  Present:  A. Helms

and C. C. Stevenson.



On motion, the following bills were allowed:



    A. J. Willis        350 lbs. Alfalfa seed @16 1/2      $57.75

    Hibbitts & Sale     Repairing water closets at bldg.    10.25



On motion, it was ordered that the State Treasurer of Nevada be

and is hereby authorized and directed to exchange $16,023.10 gold

coins now in the University Fund (90,000 Acre Grant), for

$17,677.15 currency from the State School Fund, and the Secretary

of this Board present a certified copy of this order to the State

Treasurer.



On motion, the Board adjourned to meet at the call of its Presi-

dent.
