The Board of Regents met at the call of its President.  Present:

Alfred Helm and C. C. Stevenson.



On motion, the following bills were allowed:



    S. Wilsey           4400 lbs. of Coal                $  37.40

    S. H. Day           Pay as clerk of Board for Jan.      16.66

    John S. Mayhugh     Pay as Superintendent construction

                        of Dormitory & fence at Elko from

                        Sept. 1875 to Feb. 14, 1876        125.00

    Hibbitts & Sale     Repairing windows of building       10.00

    Hans Miller         Constructing wood shed & sewer     240.00

    John Ainley         Repairing water gutters to bldg.    59.55

    Garbutt & Lake      3rd & last payment on contract,

                        dated Sept. 1876 for construction

                        of Dormitory & fence on grounds   2234.00



On motion, the Dormitory and fence constructed by Garbutt & Lake

were accepted.



On motion, the Board adjourned to meet at the call of its Presi-

dent.
