The Board of Regents met at the place and on the date above mentioned.
Present: P. H. Clayton, and Sylvester H. Day.
D. R. Sessions was appointed Principle of the State University of
Nevada at a salary of ($200) two hundred dollars per month.
He was instructed to devise and submit for the consideration of the
Regents a plan of studies to be required for admission into the
University and to be pursued after admission.
The meeting then adjourned subject to the call of the President.
